Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Plain-language terms for every rental. Nothing here is hidden in fine print.
- Same-day by noon
- Weekly cleaning included
- One itemized price
Booking and payment
A rental is booked once the quote is accepted and paid. Event rentals are paid in full by credit or debit card at booking. Jobsite and long-term rentals bill every 28 days to the card on file, or by invoice for approved business accounts, due in 15 days. There is no fuel surcharge, card fee or admin fee.
Rental periods
Event rentals cover up to 5 consecutive days from delivery. Long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles that renew automatically until pickup is requested. Cycles are not prorated.
Delivery
Delivery runs Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Delivery windows are estimates, not set appointment times. The renter provides a flat, firm spot reachable by truck, free of overhead lines, and any gate codes. If the driver cannot place the unit safely, a $50 trip fee applies and we call to reschedule.
Same-day orders
Same-day orders must be placed by noon, Monday to Saturday, and carry a $50 same-day fee. Same-day delivery depends on stock and route; if we cannot deliver the same day, the fee is not charged.
Servicing
Long-term rentals include one service each week. Extra service visits cost $65 per unit. Service may be delayed by weather or impassable roads; we will call.
Changes and cancellation
Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery, with a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a $50 trip fee may apply if the truck has already been routed. Restroom trailers cancelled less than 7 days before delivery are charged 50%.
Pickup and ending billing
Event units are picked up on the date in the quote. To end a long-term rental, call or text for pickup; we collect within 2 business days and billing stops on the day the pickup is requested. Early pickup does not change event pricing.
Damage and loss
The renter is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal use, including fire, graffiti, vehicle impact, moving the unit, and vandalism, at repair or replacement cost. Units tipped by storms are not charged as damage. Do not place units near fireworks, grills or vehicle paths.
Prohibited use
Do not put trash, chemicals, paint, concrete washout or grease in a unit. Contaminated tanks are charged a cleaning fee of up to $150.
Liability
Travis Rental Works is not responsible for damage to lawns, sprinklers, pavers or buried lines at the placement spot chosen by the renter. Tell us about buried lines before delivery.
