Deliver to me?

Every Edmond ZIP, 73003 to 73034, plus towns up to 80 miles out.

When?

Today if you call by noon, Mon–Sat. Or pick any date and we hold it.

Which unit?

Standard fits most jobs. Deluxe with a sink suits weddings. Add an ADA unit for public events.

Cleaning?

Delivered spotless and stocked. Rentals over a week get a weekly pump-out, included.

Full cost?

One itemized price: unit, delivery, pickup, service and tax. No fuel or card fees.

Delivery and timing

How soon can you deliver a porta potty?

Same day when you call by noon Monday through Saturday inside the same-day zone. Otherwise the next business day, or any date you choose.

How far ahead do I need to book?

One business day is enough most weeks. Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead for May graduation weekends, July 4th and wedding Saturdays.

Can you drop it off the night before my party?

Units for a party arrive the day before by default, so the restroom is ready when the first guest pulls up.

Can you drop it off Saturday morning?

Saturday-morning drops are available. Because times cannot be promised, a Friday drop is safer for a Saturday-morning event.

Can you pick it up Saturday night or Sunday?

Pickup runs Monday through Saturday. Saturday-evening pickup is possible on request; Sunday units are collected Monday at no extra charge.

Do I have to call you to pick it up?

Event units are picked up automatically on the date in your quote. Jobsite and long-term units stay until you call or text for pickup.

Can you pick it up sooner than planned?

Early pickup is free; call or text and we collect on the next route day. Event pricing does not change for early pickup.

What time do you close?

Phones are answered Mon–Sat, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Messages left on Sunday are returned Monday morning.

Placement and access

Does it have to be close to the road?

The unit should be within about 15 feet of where the truck parks. Farther placements are possible on firm, flat paths; ask on the call.

Can it go on the grass?

A unit can sit on dry, level grass. Our trucks avoid driving on lawns, and after rain we place it on the driveway or gravel instead.

Does the ground need to be level?

A mild slope is fine; the driver shims the base. Steep slopes are a tipping risk, so pick the flattest spot near the drive.

Can you put it on my concrete slab instead of the parking lot?

A slab is an excellent spot. Mark exactly where, and keep the door clear of steps and fences.

How do I show the driver where I want it?

Set out a cone, chair, flag or ribbon, or text a photo with an arrow. The driver follows your mark.

There is no street address. How will you find us?

Text a dropped pin or GPS coordinates with notes about gates, cattle guards and the last turn.

Will it be locked? Can I get a key?

Each unit has a latch with an occupied sign. For parks and jobsites we fit a hasp for your padlock.

Am I liable if someone vandalizes it?

Normal wear is on us. Fire, graffiti, vehicle damage and tipping by vandals are billed at repair cost, so place units in view and away from parking.

Will my neighbors or HOA be okay with it?

Short-term party and construction units are common in Edmond neighborhoods. For rentals longer than a month, check your HOA's rules first.

Units

What is the difference between standard and deluxe?

A standard unit has a toilet, urinal and hand sanitizer. A deluxe unit adds a flush, a sink with soap and towels, and a mirror.

Do you have one that flushes?

Deluxe flushing units have a foot-pump flush and sink powered by an onboard water tank. No hookups are needed.

Does the standard one come with hand sanitizer?

Every standard unit includes a hand-sanitizer dispenser and toilet paper, refilled at each service.

Do I supply soap and paper towels?

Soap, paper towels and toilet paper come with deluxe units and hand-wash stations at no extra cost.

Do I need water on site for the unit with the sink?

The sink runs from a fresh-water tank inside the unit. You do not need a hose.

Is the hand-wash station one sink or two?

Our hand-wash stations have two sinks back to back, so two people can wash at once.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible units?

Wheelchair-accessible units have a ground-level floor, a 32-inch door and grab rails. See the accessible unit page for specs.

Do you rent luxury restroom trailers with A/C?

Our restroom trailers have flush toilets, running sinks, lights and climate control. They need a standard 110V outlet.

Is there anything between a standard unit and a trailer?

The deluxe flushing unit sits between them: flush and sink without the power, space and cost of a trailer.

Are event units nicer than construction units?

Event units are kept in the cleanest condition and rotate out of jobsite use. Tell us it is a party and we send an event unit.

Can you text me pictures of the units?

We can text photos of the exact unit types we stock. The photos on this site are our own units.

Do you rent generators?

A generator can be added to a restroom trailer order. We do not rent generators on their own.

Cleaning and servicing

Does the porta potty get cleaned during the rental?

Rentals longer than a week get one pump-out, scrub and restock every week. One-day event units arrive cleaned and need no visit.

Is cleaning included in the price?

Weekly cleaning is part of every 28-day rental price. Only extra visits beyond the schedule cost more.

How much is an extra cleaning?

Each extra service visit is $65 per unit, scheduled on the day you choose.

Do you restock toilet paper?

Toilet paper and sanitizer are restocked at every service, and extra rolls are left for big crews.

Can you service a porta potty I already own?

We service our own units only. For owned units, call a licensed septic or portable sanitation hauler.

Can you send proof that the units are pumped weekly?

A dated service log can be emailed for county permits, schools or HOAs.

How do you keep units from smelling in summer?

We use a deodorizing tank charge and suggest a second weekly visit for busy units in July and August heat.

Pricing and payment

How much is one porta potty in Edmond?

A standard event unit starts at $175 for up to 5 days with delivery and pickup in zone 1. Jobsite units are $165 per 28 days.

How much for two units?

Two standard event units start at $350 before tax. Five or more units can qualify for volume pricing.

Do you have a weekly rate?

Rentals up to 5 days use the event price. Anything longer uses the 28-day rate of $165, which includes weekly service.

Is delivery and pickup included?

Delivery and pickup are included within 25 miles of Edmond. Farther addresses add a flat zone fee shown on the quote.

What is the out-the-door price with tax?

Your quote shows the rental, any zone or same-day fee, and Oklahoma sales tax as one total. Nothing is added later.

Is there a fuel surcharge or credit card fee?

We charge no fuel surcharge, card fee or admin fee.

What is the same-day fee?

Same-day delivery adds a flat $50 per order.

Is there a deposit?

There is no separate deposit. Event rentals are paid in full at booking; jobsite plans are billed per cycle.

Do you take cash or checks?

We take credit and debit cards, and invoices for business accounts. Drivers do not collect cash or checks.

Can you send an invoice so someone else can pay?

A payment link can be texted or emailed to whoever is paying, such as a parent, church treasurer or office manager.

Can the receipt show my company or church name?

The quote and receipt can show any business or organization name you give us.

I'm not comfortable giving my card over the phone. Can you send a link?

A secure payment link can be sent by text or email instead.

Can you match a lower price?

Send us the other written quote. If it includes the same delivery, pickup and service, we will tell you honestly whether we can match it.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

Churches, schools and non-profits can ask for 10% off event rentals. Send a tax-exempt certificate if you are exempt from sales tax.

Rental length and billing

How long can I keep it?

As long as you need. Event pricing covers up to 5 days; after that the rental moves to 28-day cycles.

Is the monthly rate prorated?

Each 28-day cycle is a flat price and is not prorated. Billing ends the day of pickup.

If I keep it longer than 28 days, what happens?

A new 28-day cycle starts automatically at the same rate, with weekly service continuing.

Will it be the same rate for my whole project?

The rate on your quote stays the same for every cycle of that project.

Can you hold a unit while I check with my family?

We can hold a date for 24 hours without payment. Holiday weekends are first paid, first booked.

Events

How many do I need for a family reunion of 120?

A 4-hour reunion of 120 needs 3 standard units, or 4 for an all-day event.

Can I get one for just a few hours?

Event pricing covers the whole rental up to 5 days, so a few hours costs the same $175.

We need units for July 4th. Do you have any left?

July 4th fills first. Call as early as you can; standard units are usually available a week out, deluxe units go sooner.

Can you email a quote for our board?

An itemized quote can be emailed or texted for a board, committee or spouse to approve.

Can I get a unit donated for a charity event?

We support a few local charity events each year. Call with the date and cause and we will tell you what we can do.

Construction

What is your monthly rate on a construction unit?

A standard jobsite unit is $165 per 28-day cycle, with weekly cleaning included.

Can you quote toilets and hand-wash stations for a 6-month job?

Six months is about 7 cycles. A standard unit plus a station is $165 + $135 per cycle; we send the full schedule.

Can you send the delivery and pickup charges separately for a PO?

Quotes can list delivery, rental, service and pickup on separate lines.

Do you have commercial accounts?

Builders and contractors can open an account with invoice billing and one contact for all jobsites.

Homes, remodels and septic

We're remodeling the bathroom. How does this work?

A unit goes at the driveway edge before demolition starts and is serviced weekly until the new bathroom works.

My septic collapsed. Can you bring one today?

Call by noon for same-day delivery. A standard unit lets the family stop using the failed system right away.

The water is getting shut off for a few days. Can we get one?

A short rental from $175 covers up to 5 days of a water shutoff.

I don't want guests stressing my septic. Will a rental help?

A rental takes most of the party load off a home septic system, which helps avoid a backup after the event.

Permits, weather and other

Do I need a permit for a porta potty in Edmond?

A unit on private property needs no permit. A unit in a street, sidewalk or public park needs approval from the City of Edmond or the park office.

What happens to the unit in a storm?

We stake or strap units on open ground. If a storm tips a unit, call us and we reset and clean it.

What about freezing weather?

In freezing weeks we add antifreeze to tanks and may swap hand-wash stations for sanitizer stands.

Are you a local company?

Travis Rental Works runs its own trucks out of Edmond. When you call, you reach the people who deliver your unit.

Does anyone speak Spanish?

Spanish-speaking callers can ask for help in Spanish, and quotes can be texted in Spanish.

Do you also rent dumpsters or fencing?

We rent portable restrooms and hand-wash stations only. We can suggest local dumpster and fence companies.
